21 Days of Prayer and Fasting

CCC 21 Day Fasting and Prayer Guide

This year we are committing ourselves to becoming more sensitive to the Holy Spirit. For the next 21 days we will make our relationship with God a priority.

Here are 3 ways to enhance your time of consecration:

  • Use this prayer guide to begin your day with a personal meditation moment.

  • Remember that fasting is a spiritual discipline of denying ourselves of pleasurable food to prayerfully connect more deeply with God. The Daniel Fast is based on Daniel Chapter 10.
