Cadre Leader Description

Cadre leaders are co-laborers with God and the Christ-Centered Nation movement. Through your service, the Kingdom of God expands through discipleship.

The primary role of a Cadre leader is to help individuals develop and sustain practices, rhythms, and habits that deepen their connection to God and foster their growth as disciples of Jesus.

Christ Centered Cadre Leaders create communities of genuine love and care.

A Cadre Leader

  • Possesses a strong passion for God, people, and prayer.
  • Sincere, respectful, and reputable.
  • A person of integrity and character.
  • Dedicated to personal spiritual growth.
  • Supportive of the vision and mission of Christ Centered Nation.
  • Participates in Christ Centered Nation gatherings, both virtual and in person, including global events, mid-week meetings, and more.
  • Provides financial support for the mission through tithes and offerings.
  • Completed Kingdom Bootcamp.
  • Open to flexibility and adapting to ongoing launch changes.
  • Capable of leading, motivating, and teaching others.
  • Able to foster positive group dynamics and manage conflict resolution within the Cadre.
  • Adept at navigating technology (email, streaming, etc.) or willing to learn.

Becoming A Cadre Leader

Each person must have completed the following to become a confirmed Christ Centered Nation Cadre Leader:

  1. Be a Christ Centered Church Member
  2. Complete the Cadre Leader Application
  3. Pass a National Background Check
  4. Complete Cadre Leadership Training (You are here!)
  5. Comply with the Honor Code and Sign the Cadre Leader Pledge
  6. Complete the CCN Kingdom Bootcamp Course

All Christ Centered Cadre Leaders must abide by an honor code and commitment.

1 Timothy 3:1-13, MSG If anyone wants to provide leadership in the church, good! But there are preconditions: A leader must be well-thought-of, committed to his wife, cool and collected, accessible, and hospitable.  He must know what he's talking about, not be over fond of wine, not pushy but gentle, not thin-skinned, not money-hungry.  He must handle his own affairs well, attentive to his own children and having their respect… The same goes for those who want to be servants in the church: serious, not deceitful, not too free with the bottle, not in it for what they can get out of it.  They must be reverent before the mystery of the faith, not using their position to try to run thing… Those who do this servant work will come to be highly respected, a real credit to this Jesus-faith.
